Wow, has it been that long since I last posted on my blog page, I hear you.
Life is so, so busy that you literally can’t believe it’s almost Easter 2026.
It really is a tad too late to wish you a Happy New Year but I honestly hope this year treats you with the kindness you deserve, good health, good times and much laughter along the way.
And before Easter appears…… you guessed it, this evening it all kicks off.
Yes, it’s the Six Nations tournament and I literally can’t wait.
The fitness levels off the scale, the scrums, the physical contact to gain each try, absolutely awesome.
Test rugby at its finest, edge of your seat action and it builds to super Saturday on March 14th.
On another note you may be thinking, isn’t Helen going to mention ‘when you meet how wonderful it is to switch off from the humdrum stress of everyday life. And that the preference is for the lengthier liaisons, rather than rushed encounters’
No, I’ll not mention purely because each page on my website reiterates the exact same points.
What I will mention is that I hope you’ll never miss the opportunity to enjoy time ‘just for you’
It’s not selfish, it’s self preservation, think about it if you’re running on empty, feeling exhausted and stressed almost every day, then how can you be you.
Life really is so precious, don’t waste time, you’ll never replace it.
