A Summer of Sport…………. Yes, currently for the ardent horse racing fan, Goodwood Festival is in full swing. Stradivarius gave his best yesterday, but couldn’t quite finish first past the winning post. And he’s not retiring just yet.
And today Holly Doyle winning two races, shone as brightly as ever. Making each race look effortless, due to her amazing skills as the ‘perfect’ jockey.
Not forgetting….
The Commonwealth Games Birmingham 2022.
And the Opening Ceremony this evening, with Duran Duran performing four of their hit songs.
From tomorrow, there’s netball, swimming, hockey, the triathlon, boxing, weight lifting, squash and many more.
Yes, you’ve booked a fabulous hotel and you have your ticket to watch
your chosen sporting event/s but you may want to share an evening,
enjoying one of the fantastic restaurants within Birmingham or the
surrounding areas. I’d be happy to discuss meeting, albeit your hotel
will be a space away from the crowds but enjoying each other’s company
